money train is the awesomest way to track all the debts, ever!
do you live with a bunch of people? me too!! isn't it always a huge pain to track house expenses and bills and crap?
in my undergrad 6BR apt we had pat, an operations research student. at restaurants, the grocery store, wherever, pat would just assure us, "don't worry, it's in the computer" and go home and track everything in Excel. then he'd make totals and let us know. i miss pat.
but now, thanks to money train, you don't need pat! track all your debts simply by clicking!
everyone loves screenshots, so here is money train in action at my apartment. here's my welcome page and an example expense.
i should add that it's probably not worth it to create an account just to see what the site is like. after all, it's not ACTUALLY the best debt tracker ever, and you have to add and confirm all your friends first before you can even do anything, and that's a pain.
money train respects your privacy. you'll only see expenses and transactions that involve you. account information is never used for nefarious purposes. passwords are hashed before being stored in the database. don't bother to enter your full name when you register.
money train is super simple. stop trying to figure out how to put the right formulas into that spreadsheet: this is way easier. plus you'll see no unnecessary features like tags or whatever. just track them debts.
